§ 38-129. Conformity to city standards.

The street and drainage facilities constructed under this article shall conform to the recommendations of the city engineer and director of public work in the design, size and layout of the street and drainage facility. The street design shall be acceptable to the city and such street shall not be accepted as a city street until all acceptances have been obtained.
