§ 38-130. Violations.

Any subdivider who constructs any street or drainage facility or makes use of any street or drainage facility for which a payback would be due under this article without having first complied with the provisions of this article or who shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of an offense. Cumulative of any other remedy available to it, the city may proceed by injunction or other appropriate remedy to correct any violation of this article.
