§ 46-187. Water capital improvement plan.

(a)

The water capital improvement plan for the city, as set forth in the CIP attached to the ordinance from which this article is derived and made a part of this article, is hereby adopted. A copy of such plan shall be maintained on file in the office of the city secretary.

(b)

The water capital improvement plan may be amended from time to time, pursuant to the procedures set forth in V.T.C.A., Local Government Code ch. 395.
