§ 46-186. Water service area.

(a)

There is hereby established a water service area, which is specifically described and defined in the CIP attached to the ordinance from which this article is derived and made a part of this article.

(b)

The boundaries of the water service area may be amended from time to time, and new water service areas may be delineated, pursuant to the procedures in section 46-149.
