§ 38-59. Street prefix designation.

Latest version.

All streets or avenues east of the main line of the Rock Island Railroad shall carry the prefix "East" and all streets or avenues west of the main line of the Rock Island Railroad, the prefix "West." All streets or avenues north of Main Street shall carry the prefix "North" and all streets or avenues south of Main Street shall carry the prefix "South."
