§ 36-67. City not to collect if division violated.

The city shall not collect kitchen garbage, rubbish, trash or tree limbs, where the same are not prepared for collection and placed in accordance with this division. The city's failure to collect shall not excuse the violation of any provision of this division or of any other city ordinance.
