§ 2-116. Rights of accused.

Any officer accused pursuant to section 2-112 shall have the right to be heard in person and by counsel, to produce testimony in his behalf; the city shall likewise be represented by counsel if the court desires it. All proceedings, so far as practicable, in such court shall be in accordance with the practice in civil proceedings in the courts of this state.
