Any officer of this city not covered under the personnel regulations may be tried
by the city council and removed from office for malfeasance, nonfeasance or misfeasance
in office, for a willful violation of the ordinances of the city, for habitual drunkenness,
incompetency, corruption, willful or habitual neglect of duty or upon conviction of
a felony.
