§ 18-225. Court order to abate.

(a)

After the hearing provided for in this article, the municipal court shall determine whether or not a nuisance exists under the provisions of this article. If a nuisance is found to exist, the city council shall order the owner or occupant of the premises upon which such nuisance is located to abate the same within ten days from the date of such order.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to whom such order is given to fail or refuse to comply therewith and to remove the abandoned or junked vehicle within such period of time.
