§ 18-224. Duty to abate.

If the owner or occupant of the premises upon which a nuisance under the provisions of this article exists does not request a hearing as provided by this article, it shall be his duty to comply with the provisions of the notice given him and to abate such nuisance within ten days after the date of the receipt of such notice.
