§ 8.06. Notice of public hearing on budget.

At the Council meeting at which the budget is submitted, the Council shall authorize the publishing of the Budget Hearing notice in the City's official newspaper. The notice shall set forth the time, place and date of the budget hearing and the location and times at which the citizens may inspect the proposed budget. The notice shall be published at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date of the meeting.
