§ 8-204. Same—Issuance.

No kennel license shall be issued by the city secretary unless all of the qualifications as set forth in section 8-203 shall have been complied with, to the satisfaction of the city secretary; any appeal from the decision of the city secretary shall be made directly to the city council.
