§ 8-104. Rabies control and quarantine.

When a dog or cat that has bitten a human has been identified, the owner will be required to place the animal in quarantine as required by the state rabies control law, V.T.C.A., Health and Safety Code ch. 826, and the rules of the state board of health in effect at that time.
