§ 46-95. Same—Temperature.

No person may discharge liquid or vapor having a temperature higher than 150 degrees Fahrenheit (65 degrees Celsius), or any substance which causes the temperature of the total wastewater treatment plant influent to increase at a rate of ten degrees Fahrenheit (minus 12 degrees Celsius) or more per hour, or a combined total increase of plant influent temperature to 110 degrees Fahrenheit (43 degrees Celsius).
