§ 46-106. Formula for charges.

Latest version.

Industrial waste charges for discharges into the public sewers shall be calculated by the following formula:

Ci = KW (BOD/200 + SS/200)

Where

Ci	=	Charge to industrial user
K	=	Percent (expressed as a decimal fraction)
W	=	Water charge in $
BOD	=	Total BOD in mg/l
SS	=	Total SS in mg/l
