§ 44-220. Driving through procession prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to drive between vehicles comprising a funeral or other authorized parade procession while they are in motion, provided that such vehicles are conspicuously so designated. This provision shall not apply to intersections where traffic is controlled by traffic control signals or police officers.
