§ 44-217. Route.

Whenever any permit is granted under the provisions of this article, it shall designate the streets, avenues, alleys and thoroughfares over which the parade is privileged to travel and the time that the parade shall be held and completed, and if for an assembly, the place of assembly and time it shall be held and completed.
