It shall be unlawful for any person to, in any manner, obstruct the use by pedestrians
of any sidewalk, public easement or street in the city by placing, depositing or suffering
to remain thereon, or permitting any of his servants, employees or persons under his
control, to deposit, place or suffer to remain thereon, any goods, wares, merchandise,
material, vehicle or other objects whatever.
