§ 36-101. Use of sanitation container unit.

Lids and doors of all sanitation container units shall be kept closed at all times except when the container is being filled. Empty boxes shall be flattened before being placed in containers. The containers shall only be used by those commercial customers paying for such use. It shall be unlawful for any person to disturb a sanitation container unit furnished by the city or other authorized collection agency; and it shall be unlawful to disturb the contents thereof. However, this shall not apply to the owner or occupant of the premises which such container has been furnished, nor to their employees, nor to the duly authorized employees of the department.
