§ 36-63. Placement of containers.

Garbage and trash in approved containers shall be placed at the curbline of the street, readily accessible to the city garbage vehicles. Where there is no curb, the director of public works will designate the location for placement of the containers. The department shall not make collection of garbage or trash where it is not prepared for collection and placed as designated by this chapter. Such containers shall be placed for collection no later than 7:00 a.m. on those days designated from time to time by the director of public works.
