§ 32-53. Duration and renewal.

Every permit or license issued under the provisions of this article shall be valid for the period of time stated therein, but in no event shall any such permit or license be issued for a period of time in excess of six months. A peddler shall only be allowed one renewal of a permit in any given 12-month period from the date of issuance of the permit.
