§ 2-215. Violations.

(a)

Any person violating any standard contained in section 2-213 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $500.00. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(b)

Penalties for violations of conduct described in section 2-214 are as set forth in the applicable statutory provision.
