§ 2-91. Resignations.

Resignations of officers of this city not covered under the personnel guidelines shall be made to the city council in writing, subject to the approval and acceptance thereof; provided, any person appointed by the mayor who wishes to resign shall present his resignation in writing to the mayor for his action.
