§ 26-61. Water supply.
(a)
An adequate supply of potable water for drinking and domestic purposes shall be provided by pipes to all buildings units within the park in accordance with applicable standards provided in building, fire, plumbing, and other codes of the city. Each unit shall be provided with a cold water tap at least four inches above the ground, with a hookup connection suitable for such recreational vehicle.
(b)
One master water meter shall be installed at each recreational vehicle park and the owner of the park shall be responsible for the payment of the water bill to the city.
