§ 22-114. Penalties.

Notwithstanding anything in this article to the contrary, it is hereby provided that any owner of a food establishment found in violation of this article shall, in the first instance, receive a written warning in a form prescribed by the city along with a copy of this article. Thereafter, penalties shall be assessed.
