§ 1-7. Amendatory language for Code.

Latest version.

Amendments to any of the provisions of this Code shall be made by amending such provisions by specific reference to the section of this Code in substantially the following language: "That section ____________ of the Code of Ordinances, City of Tomball, Texas, is hereby amended to read as follows:…." The new provisions shall then be set out in full as desired.
