§ 1-3. Incorporation by reference.

All standard codes, rules, regulations, and other subject matter properly incorporated by reference in this Code, together with subsequent amendments thereto, pursuant to state law, and future incorporations by reference, shall be kept and preserved in the office of the city secretary.
