No master mechanical installer shall assign or in any other way convey his registration,
the use thereof, or any rights thereunder, to anyone by power of attorney or any other
process, or become involved in any type of agreement, assignment or use whereby the
master will not have supervision, direction and control of the mechanical work for
which the mechanical permit is obtained by the master.
